The price depends on your specific goals and how long it will realistically take to get there. Please fill out the consultation form for me to contact you and discuss your goals over a 30-45 minute video call.

There is a minimum commitment of 3 months, but you can stay for as long as you need. I worked with clients who achieved their goals in 3 months while others took up more than a year. After the 3 months are up, we will re-evaluate your goals and make adjustments based on your progress.

Of course. Prior to starting, I will reach out to you to discuss your health & fitness goals, explain in detail how this online coaching program works, and see if this program is right for you. The FREE video call will take between 30-45 minutes via Google Meet. Once you have officially signed up, we will start our onboarding process and begin building your program.
You will need access to a commercial gym that has all the standard equipment. Things like cardio machines, strength training machines, dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells to name a few. Yes, you can possibly do this at home, but with more equipment, means more exercise variations which leads to better results.
You will need to send a clip of yourself performing the exercise and send it to me through the app. Make sure you have a good angle and I will break down what you need to improve on by giving you some helpful coaching cues.
All fitness levels are welcomed, however, if you are a true beginner and just starting out, you will need to request for private in-person training for extra assistance. Please email me via blessed2move@gmail.com for further instructions.
I mostly work with clients from the Bay Area, CA. However, there are no restrictions when it comes to location. As long as you have a gym membership with standard equipment, access to my coaching app, and the work ethic, we can make it happen.
