What’s sup Blessed2Move Fam! Thanks for visiting my page! Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Edward Godoy Panganiban, born and raised in the Bay Area. Growing up, I was always an active kid – played basketball, rode bikes around the neighborhood, or did zombie tag at night.

Fast forward to my college years, I started to become “skinny-fat,” something I felt very insecure about. It was hard to find time to work on my health during those years, but I knew I needed to make a change.

So in 2019, during my last year of college, I devoted my time and effort to working on myself. I wanted to look, feel, and move better. The goal was to be strong, have muscle, and feel confident in my own skin. I started my fitness journey barely weighing about 100 lbs, skinny, fat, and with no muscle, and transformed into someone that feels more stronger, muscular, and overall healthy.

After experiencing my own transformation, I wanted to share that same sense of accomplishment with others and help them feel better about themselves too. I found my calling.

In that same year, I graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Movement Science. I’m certified by NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’m also certified by PPSC as a Pain-Free Performance Specialist and Exercise Programming Specialist.

I have been professionally coaching people with their health and fitness goals for more than five years and counting. What I look forward to the most in helping people is learning about their story. Everyone has similar goals, but as a Coach, it’s my job to understand where they are coming from and create a plan tailored to them. I provide the resources, tools, and information, but it is ultimately on the person to use it and put in the work.
